You're right - the photo is so much more than just a photo. Justin gets a glimpse of the prom for the first time, what Brian felt that night, and what he himself felt. It is a pretty big deal to him.
I'm so glad I could show their connection, that was something I really hoped to achieve. The prom night is something they are still dealing with, but they're doing it together :)
